Procedure for requesting Return and Refund:

Make sure the tag is still attached to your clothing and that the product is intact.

If we receive products already used and damaged in part, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

The products must be returned as new and never worn, with all the original packaging, the label, and certificates of authenticity.

Products returned without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.

Products that have been tightened, altered or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Below are the cases in which we can proceed with the exchange of the product:

    you have received an incorrect item,
    you received a damaged article,
    you got a faulty article.

Below cases where we can't proceed with the product change:

the product ordered has been customized according to the buyer's explicit request.

Did you pay by credit card?
In this case, the refund will be made to the same card or to the associated bank account. It may happen that the date of refund on your statement coincides with the date of purchase.

Have you paid with Paypal?
You will receive the amount for items returned to the same Paypal account.

Did you make an advance payment by bank transfer?

The refund will be made to the same bank account.
